    SeekProv is a local services marketplace and app that helps customers quickly find, compare, connect with, and hire trusted service providers across home repairs, cleaning, beauty, catering, tutoring, deliveries, and professional services, enabling secure communication, booking, and payment management in one platform.


     

    Sales Manager

    • We are looking for a driven and highly organised Sales Manager to lead provider acquisition and field execution for our Owerri launch.

    Your Role

    • You will be responsible for driving provider acquisition and local growth in Owerri.
    • During SeekProv’s initial launch campaign, you will directly supervise our Field Onboarding Agents, monitor their performance, and help them achieve the set growth targets.
    • This is a hands-on role.
    • You will be expected to coach the team, solve field problems, and lead by example by actively participating in acquisition activities.
    • As the temporary field campaign reduces, you will take increasing responsibility for directly driving SeekProv’s ongoing provider acquisition, partnerships, and growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate Field Onboarding Agents.
    • Turn company growth targets into clear daily and weekly field priorities.
    • Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide coaching, feedback, and support to agents.
    • Monitor agent activity, onboarding quality, reliability, and target achievement.
    • Recommend Field Onboarding Agents for contract renewal based on performance.
    • Participate directly in provider acquisition and field activities.
    • Ensure providers are onboarded accurately and according to SeekProv standards.
    • Build relationships with service-provider groups, businesses, communities, and local partners.
    • Identify new acquisition, partnership, and growth opportunities.
    • Work with the Brand Manager on campaigns, activations, and local growth initiatives.
    • Track performance and provide clear weekly reports to management.

    What We're Looking For

    • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, field sales, or team leadership.
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and people-management skills.
    • Comfortable leading field teams and working toward clear targets.
    • Strong knowledge of Owerri and its communities.
    • Organised, proactive, resilient and results-driven.
    • Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, web dashboards and similar digital tools.
    • Strong spoken and written English; conversational Igbo is an advantage.
    • Must be able to work full-time from Owerri.
    • Experience managing sales representatives, field agents or community-based acquisition teams is an advantage.

    How Success Will Be Measured:

    • Achievement of provider acquisition and growth targets.
    • Field Onboarding Agent performance and improvement.
    • Quality and accuracy of provider onboarding.
    • Consistency of field execution.
    • Partnership and acquisition results.
    • Ability to maintain acquisition momentum as the temporary field team reduces.
    • Quality and accuracy of performance reporting.

    Customer Support & Admin Specialist

    Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

    • We are looking for an organised, empathetic, and tech-savvy Customer Support & Admin Specialist to support our users and assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks from our Owerri office.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer enquiries through live chat, support tickets and email, primarily using tawk.to.
    • Guide Seekers and Providers through registration, verification, service listings, bookings and platform features.
    • Resolve account, login, messaging, payment, cancellation and refund enquiries.
    • Troubleshoot basic app issues and escalate technical problems appropriately.
    • Handle complaints and disputes professionally and escalate fraud, safety or serious payment concerns.
    • Maintain accurate support records and identify recurring customer issues.
    • Help improve FAQs, support templates and automated responses.
    • Use approved AI tools to improve support efficiency while checking all outputs for accuracy, tone and privacy.
    • Assist with routine administrative and operational tasks, including maintaining records, organising documents, updating internal trackers and preparing basic reports.
    • Support the COO with other reasonable day-to-day office and operational tasks when required.

    What We're Looking For

    • At least 1 year of relevant customer service, support, or administrative experience; 2+ years is preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal English communication.
    • Strong organisation, problem-solving and attention to detail.
    • Comfortable using live chat, email, spreadsheets, web tools, and mobile apps.
    • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT responsibly.
    • Ability to deal calmly and professionally with customers.
    • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
    • Experience with a marketplace, fintech, e-commerce, or technology company is an advantage.

    • Appropriate handling and escalation of customer issues.
    • Reliability and accuracy of administrative work.

    Brand Manager

    • We are looking for a creative and resourceful Brand Manager to build awareness, trust, and relevance for SeekProv in Owerri.

    Your Role

    • You will take charge of SeekProv’s local brand presence across content, social media, storytelling, creators, community activities, and launch campaigns.
    • This is more than a social media role. You will turn real providers, local stories and field activity into content and campaigns that help people understand, trust and use SeekProv.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and manage local social media and brand content.
    • Create photos, short videos, reels, interviews, testimonials and campaign content.
    • Turn provider stories, customer needs and field activity into engaging content.
    • Support community activations, provider meetups and launch events.
    • Create clear educational content for Seekers and Providers.
    • Maintain consistent SeekProv branding and tone.
    • Track content and campaign performance and use insights to improve future activity.

    What We're Looking For

    • At least 3 years of relevant experience in branding, social media, marketing, content, or a similar role.
    • Strong written and verbal English 
    • Good conversational Igbo is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of Owerri, its communities, culture and local trends.
    • Strong storytelling skills and a good eye for visual content.
    • Comfortable creating short-form video, photography and social content.
    • Comfortable using tools such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Canva, CapCut and Google Workspace.
    • Creative, organised, proactive and comfortable working with people.
    • Able to experiment, learn quickly, and adapt when ideas do not perform as expected.
    • Must be able to work full-time from Owerri.

    • Quality and consistency of content.
    • Social media growth and engagement.
    • Quality of provider and customer stories captured.
    • Performance of campaigns and awareness activities.
    • Effectiveness of creator and ambassador collaborations.
