    Sales/Business Development Executive

    Job Description

    • Monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
    • Identify business opportunities and target markets
    • Identify, arrange and Visit potential customers for new business
    • Provide customers with quotations
    • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
    • Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs
    • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
    • Represent School Kits Limited at exhibitions, events, seminars and workshops as it applies
    • Identify new markets and business opportunities
    • Record sales and send copies to the Head of your unit and the Chief Operating Officer
    • Manage account and expansion activities
    • Develop new opportunities and close existing ones
    • Build meaningful relationships within the company and outside
    • Develop detailed territory plans
    •  Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products
    • Follow up on service and / or product once the delivery has been made
    • Research market trends and products
    • Challenge objections in order to get the customer to buy a product
    • Check quantity and quality of products at the store prior to delivery
    • Record sales information and maintain customers’ records
    • Make rapid calculations of costs in order to provide temporary quotations
    • Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information
    •  Review your own sales performance periodically against set targets

    Qualification :

    • Minimum of a B.Sc or HND in Social Sciences, Project Management and other related fields
    • 2 - 3 years Experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the textile/ Educational sectors
    • A professional qualification in marketing would be an added advantage

    Skills Required:

    •  Excellent attention to Details
    •  Develop plenty of stamina
    • Strong Leadership: You must be able to lead  and motivate yourself
    • Communication: excellent communication and people skills is very essential
    • Customer service
    • Use of Quick Books would be an added advantage

    Driver / Logistics Personnel

    Job Description

    • Drive vehicle for official purposes or otherwise as requested.
    • Always observe road signs, traffic laws and regulations.
    • Maintain high standard of service to both internal and external clients
    • Must be punctual.
    • Must ensure that the vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times and ready for use.
    • Ensure vehicle is kept secure at all times and notify the Admin Unit when there are faults/damages.
    • Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tyres, etc. before starting the day’s work
    • Ensure vehicle repairs and periodic servicing of vehicles are carried out properly by company recommended mechanic.
    • Prepare and submit vehicle monitoring report, including records of vehicle operations, maintenance, expenses, mileage, at end of each month.
    • Ensure vehicle insurance and registration is updated according to schedule
    • Log official trips, daily mileage, oil changes etc.
    • Ensure the vehicles are refuelled as and when required by Accounts department.
    • Ensure the delivery of any written communications from the company to clients and also delivery/pickup from outside the company as instructed.
    • Inspect the company vehicle
    • Must be conversant with several alternative routes within and out of Lagos
    • Assists staff in functions that will enhance their work flow.
    • Other duties as may be assigned to you by the Admin department

    Application Requirement

    • Must be at least a SSCE Certificate
    • At least 4-5 years professional driving experience.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and Age between 25-35years.
    • Ability to read, write and speak English.
    • Good knowledge of road network.
    • Strong Communication and Presentation skills. Applicant must be resident in Lagos
    • Must be flexible and able to work on rotational weekends
    • Good communication skills
    • Willingness to drive long distance
