    Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    Description

     

    • The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and oversight of the Company’s financial operations, capital structure, treasury management, financial reporting, risk management, and long-term financial sustainability.
    • The CFO serves as a key member of the Executive Management Team and plays a critical role in shaping corporate strategy, ensuring financial discipline, strengthening governance frameworks and supporting business growth and shareholder value creation.
    • The role ensures that the Company maintains strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, prudent risk management practices, and transparent reporting to stakeholders.

    Key Objectives of the Role
    The CFO shall provide:

    • Provide strategic financial leadership aligned with the Company’s long-term vision and growth objectives.
    • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
    • Safeguard the Company’s assets through effective internal controls and risk management frameworks.
    • Optimise capital structure, funding strategies and liquidity management.
    • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
    • Support business expansion, investments, and strategic transactions through financial analysis and advisory.
    • Enhance shareholder value through prudent financial stewardship and performance optimisation.

    Reporting & Accountability:
    The CFO shall report directly to the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer and functionally to the Board or Audit Committee where applicable.

    • The CFO shall provide regular financial performance reports to the Board and shareholders.
    • The role shall ensure strict confidentiality of financial, strategic and investor-related information.
    • The CFO shall ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and financial regulatory requirements.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
    • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
    • 8–12 years’ progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Experience in financial services, corporate finance, investment management, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
    • Strong knowledge of financial modelling, treasury management, tax planning and regulatory compliance.
    • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.

    Relationship Manager – Team Lead

    Description

    • The Relationship Manager – Team Lead is responsible for driving business growth, managing strategic client relationships and leading the Relationship Management team to achieve revenue, portfolio quality and customer retention targets.
    • The role combines leadership, business development, client acquisition and engagement, credit oversight. The Team Lead ensures that client acquisition, account management and portfolio performance align with the Company’s strategic objectives, risk appetite and service standards.

    • Minimum of 2–3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
    • Strong credit analysis, business development and negotiation skills.
    • Proven track record in revenue generation and portfolio management.

    Strategy Analyst (Legal)

    Description

    • The Strategy Analyst (Legal) supports the organisational strategic objectives by integrating data-driven analysis, regulatory intelligence, governance advisory and risk assessment into corporate decision-making processes.
    • The role ensures that corporate strategies, transactions and operational initiatives are aligned with regulatory frameworks and stakeholder expectations. Providing insights to support the business growth, investment structuring, risk mitigation, compliance management and institutional governance.
    • The Strategy Analyst (Legal) shall analyse internal performance metrics, external market trends, regulatory developments and emerging business opportunities enabling management make informed, risk-adjusted and sound decisions.

    Key Objectives of the Role
    The Strategy Analyst shall provide:

    • Provide advisory support on contractual strategy, dispute exposure and risk mitigation mechanisms.

    • Experience in financial services, project finance, energy, or corporate advisory environments is an advantage.
