    Account Officer

    Role Overview

    • The Account Officer will be responsible for managing financial records, supporting accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
    • The ideal candidate must possess strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    Key Responsibilities
    Accounting & Financial Management:

    • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
    • Manage invoices, payments, and expense tracking
    • Reconcile bank statements and account records
    • Support budgeting and financial planning activities
    • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

    Reporting & Documentation:

    • Prepare financial summaries and reports for management

    Required Skills & Experience

    Business Development Manager

    Role Overview

    • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, converting leads into clients, and managing relationships across Romanspage’s service lines.

    Key Responsibilities
    Business Development & Revenue Growth (Primary Focus):

    • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across HR4SMEs, learning programmes, and consulting services.
    • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting to contract execution.
    • Lead client acquisition efforts targeting SMEs, organisations, hubs, NGOs, and programme partners.
    • Prepare and deliver business proposals, service pitches, and partnership presentations.
    • Negotiate terms, scope, and pricing in collaboration with management.
    • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and client acquisition targets.

    Client Management & Relationship Building:

    • Serve as a primary relationship manager for key clients and partners.
    • Coordinate onboarding of new clients and handover to delivery teams.
    • Maintain strong post-engagement relationships to support renewals, referrals, and upselling.
    • Gather client feedback and translate insights into improved service offerings.

    Strategic Growth & Market Expansion:

    • Identify new markets, sectors, and partnership opportunities aligned with Romanspage’s services.
    • Support development of new offerings and packages based on market demand.
    • Build strategic partnerships with SME networks, hubs, donor programmes, and ecosystem actors.

    Marketing Oversight:

    • Oversee the media and marketing team to ensure activities directly support lead generation and business development goals.
    • Align marketing campaigns, content, and messaging with sales priorities and target clients.
    • Ensure marketing outputs (social media, email, events, content) are conversion-focused, not just visibility-driven.
    • Track lead quality and conversion performance in collaboration with the marketing team.

    Reporting & Performance Management:

    • Track and report on:
      • Leads generated
      • Opportunities pursued
      • Deals closed
      • Revenue generated
    • Provide regular business development performance updates to management.
    • Use data to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree
    • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles, preferably in a Consulting, EdTech or SME support services firm
    • Demonstrated track record of closing deals and generating revenue.
    • Experience managing or working closely with marketing teams.

    Core Competencies:

    • Strong business development and negotiation skills
    • Ability to sell intangible services (HR, consulting, learning programmes)
    • Excellent proposal writing and pitch presentation skills

    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting Coursademia by engaging with youths, NYSC members, and organizations, while building strategic partnerships that will enhance the platform’s growth and visibility.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales Development and Revenue Growth

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for the Coursademia platform
    • Drive user acquisition and subscription growth across target markets
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective users and partners
    • Convert leads into active users and paying customers

    Client Management and Relationship Building

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with youths, corps members, NGOs, and institutions
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and prospects
    • Provide excellent customer support and follow-up to ensure user satisfaction
    • Develop long-term partnerships to sustain platform usage
    • Gather client feedback to improve service delivery

    Strategic Growth and Coursademia Use Expansion

    • Identify strategic opportunities for platform expansion within schools, camps, and organizations
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop outreach and engagement strategies
    • Mobilize and onboard users during NYSC camp programs and field activities
    • Develop proposals for partnerships with NGOs and educational bodies
    • Promote brand awareness through activations, campaigns, and events

    Reporting and Performance Management

    • Track and report sales activities, leads, and conversion rates
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
    • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management
    • Analyze sales data to improve strategies and performance
    • Meet assigned KPIs and performance targets consistently

    Required Skills and Experience
    Education:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
    • NYSC completion is required

    Experience:

    • 1–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
    • Experience in edtech, digital products, or SaaS is an added advantage
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Experience engaging youths, students, or NGOs is preferred

    Core Competencies:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
