Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, corporate clients, and partners.
• Drive sales of solar systems, inverters, batteries, and related energy solutions.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve sales performance.
• Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Support sales team training, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related discipline is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years proven sales experience, with experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience in solar energy, inverter systems, batteries, electrical products, electronics, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and manage a target-driven sales team.
• Self-motivated, commercially minded, and willing to engage in field sales activities.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in the field.
