    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Executive will drive property sales by engaging clients, maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets.
    • This role demands a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales performance history, and experience in the real estate sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage potential clients to promote property sales.

    Accounting Clerk

    Job Summary

    • The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for daily data entry, accurate financial record-keeping, and effective petty cash management. 
    • This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to support the finance team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial transactions within a manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Enter financial transactions into the accounting software daily.
    • Maintain accurate records of all petty cash transactions and reconcile balances.
    • Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and financial documentation.
    • Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks and financial reporting.

    KeyRequirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong numerical accuracy and data management skills.
