Job Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and professional Female Personal Assistant to support our executive team with marketing, sales, and client acquisition manager's roles.
• As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our executives, while also assisting in various marketing, sales, and client acquisition projects and tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Managing and organizing the schedules of executives, including arranging meetings and appointments, booking travel, and managing their calendars.
• Assisting in preparing and editing marketing and sales documents, presentations, and reports.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
• Creating and managing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertising.
• Coordinating and supporting the sales team to ensure timely and effective communication with clients and prospects.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute client acquisition strategies and initiatives.
• Handling incoming calls and emails and responding to them promptly.
• Managing the executives' expenses and ensuring that all receipts and expenses are accurately recorded.
• Performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role with marketing, sales, and client acquisition experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and techniques, such as email marketing, social media, and advertising.
• Experience in client acquisition and customer relationship management.

Remuneration

• Salary: N70,000 - N90,000 Monthly.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Finding and developing new leads for potential new account/client, calling and visiting prospective clients and engaging with them to maximize sales and focusing on building a long-term business relationship with them.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 10 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Strategic thinking and organizational skills including prioritizing, time management and meeting deadline.
• Driving skills with valid driving licence.
• Experience in sales and business development is crucial.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
