    Technical Design Manager

    Job Description

    • The Technical Design Manager will oversee the design, development, and implementation of automobile components and systems. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet performance, safety, cost, and quality standards. The manager will also drive innovation in design practices, manage design teams, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the design team in developing automotive components, systems, and assemblies.
    • Oversee the creation and review of CAD models, technical drawings, and design specifications.
    • Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
    • Collaborate with R&D, production, quality control, and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into manufacturing processes.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to design engineers and technicians.
    • Review, approve, and optimize prototypes before production.
    • Manage design budgets, schedules, and resources.
    • Stay updated with latest automotive design trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Prepare and present design reports and progress updates to senior management.
    • Ensure continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.

    Job Requirements

    Education & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • Professional certifications in CAD/CAE design tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) are an advantage.

    Experience

    • 7–10 years of proven experience in automotive design, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
    • Experience in automobile manufacturing and product development processes.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
    • Proficiency in CAD/CAE design and simulation software.
    • Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
    • Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
    • Innovative mindset with attention to detail.

    CCTV Operator

    Job Description

    • The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring and operating surveillance systems within the company’s premises to ensure the safety and security of staff, assets, and facilities. The role involves continuous observation of live feeds, incident reporting, and assisting the security team in maintaining a safe working environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems across all company facilities.
    • Detect and report suspicious activities, safety breaches, or security threats in real time.
    • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and equipment malfunctions.
    • Assist in investigations by retrieving and reviewing recorded footage when required.
    • Ensure all cameras and recording systems are operational at all times.
    • Work closely with security personnel, maintenance teams, and management to ensure prompt responses to incidents.
    • Safeguard confidentiality of surveillance records and footage.
    • Comply with company policies, security protocols, and health & safety regulations.

    Job Requirements

    Education & Qualifications

    • Minimum of SSCE/OND in any discipline.
    • Training or certification in CCTV operations, security, or surveillance systems is an added advantage.

    Experience

    • 1–3 years’ experience in a CCTV monitoring or security-related role.
    • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and remain alert for long hours.
    • Good communication and reporting skills.
    • Basic IT skills and familiarity with CCTV software/systems.
    • High sense of integrity and confidentiality.
