    Videographer / Content Creator

    Job Role

    • Our client is looking for someone who can bring properties to life; through video, storytelling, and a bit of creative magic.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Shoot and produce high-quality property videos, walkthroughs, and promotional content.
    • Capture aerial (drone) footage of estates, land, and developments.
    • Create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to attract buyers.
    • Edit videos (cuts, transitions, color grading, captions, background music).
    • Develop content ideas that showcase property value, location benefits, and lifestyle appeal.
    • Cover site events, inspections, and client allocations.
    • Manage and organize media assets (videos, photos, reels).

    What you Bring

    • Strong portfolio in real estate or lifestyle content (very important).
    • Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc).
    • Experience operating drones (plus if licensed or experienced).
    • Creative storytelling skills (turning land/property into attractive content).
    • Understanding of social media trends and marketing.
    • Ability to work on-site when needed (estate visits, inspections).

    Salary

    Executive Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership.
    • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the FMCG or Technology sector is strongly preferred.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives
    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

    • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

    Requirements

    • Experience in the FMCG or Technology industry is preferred
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
