    B2B Sales Executive

    Description

    • We are a Data company on a mission to open up endless opportunities for people and businesses while enabling trust. We are seeking a B2B Sales Professional to oversee customer relationships in designated regions/portfolios and scale our sales operations to grow revenue.
    • The goal is to grow and maximise sales performance for our software. If you are a self-motivated individual with a strong sales track record, we would like to meet you.

    What is Expected

    • Drive sales performance through the implementation of sales and business initiatives, and achieve targets.
    • Lead Business Sales Expansion to multiple countries
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with key and potential clients, interact with business partners and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence and standard application of operating standards.
    • Participate in negotiations and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients in different regions.
    • Provide the Company with business/sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility and help the Company's performance
    • Key player in budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, and compiling relevant reports for management use.
    • Stay abreast of industry compliance requirements and update all internal policies, processes, and procedures accordingly.

    Requirements

    • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in SAAS.
    • Experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions or subscription-based products is a plus.
    • Experience in entrepreneurial environments and the flexibility to work in both highly structured corporate settings and less structured start‐up environments.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
    • Consistent track record for achieving set target metrics with a proven ability to drive the sales processes from PLAN to CLOSE.
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
    • Strong innovative, creative, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

    Data Partnerships Associate

    Description

    • We are seeking to employ Data Partnerships Associate. This role is responsible for initiating relationships with potential partners, assessing business opportunities, working with technology teams to support integration, and facilitating communication with internal & external stakeholders to maximize revenue.

    What is expected

    • Daily research on Secondary Data: Security and Government Agency Wanted lists, Ban Lists, Missing Person lists, tax offenders list, tax crimes and others that will be requested by the business, product or engineering teams.
    • Daily research on required government Data sets for specific MDAs in Africa and globally.
    • Grow partnerships by educating internal teams on data partners’ key offerings and developing supporting materials.
    • Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders as well as other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of First Degree in any discipline
    • At least 2 years work experience as a Data Partnership Associate or related role
    • Must be a self-starter, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
    • Track record of fostering and maintaining relationships that drive revenue
    • Understanding of the marketplace & ability to identify strengths and blind spots of data sources.

    • We are looking to hire smart, customer-centric & collaborative Verification Analyst(s) on a fixed-term contract to support our vision.
    • The successful hire(s) will play a crucial role in supporting the data verifications team in ensuring that we comply with requirements on various documents submitted to our organization.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
