• As a POS Business Officer, you will play a key role in expanding our merchant network, optimizing POS terminal performance, and delivering exceptional service to our business clients.

​Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and activation of POS terminals.
• Acquire and onboard merchants for POS terminal deployment.
• Monitor POS performance and transaction volumes.
• Maintain relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve technical and operational issues related to POS terminals.
• Promote usage of POS terminals to drive revenue.
• Generate reports and analyze transaction trends.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for support and maintenance.
• Cross-sell other banking products to merchants.

• As an ATM Business Officer, you will play a key role in managing the bank’s ATM network, ensuring optimal uptime, coordinating maintenance, and delivering exceptional service to our customers through reliable self-service banking channels.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business, Finance)
• 2 - 4 years of experience in ATM operations or electronic banking
• Good knowledge of ATM hardware, software, and connectivity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and documentation practices
