    Deposit Mobilization Managers

    Responsibilities

    • Deposit Mobilization & Business Development.
    • Design, implement, and monitor deposit mobilization strategies to achieve the bank’s funding and liquidity objectives.
    • Develop new deposit products and campaigns tailored to retail, SME, corporate, and institutional customers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, corporates, government institutions, and other stakeholders to drive deposit growth.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify deposit market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Support the Head of Treasury in managing the bank’s balance sheet with a focus on funding mix, cost of funds, and liquidity ratios.

    Qualification

    • B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years in treasury management, asset and liability management, or financial planning.
    • Certification in Treasury Management (ACTM, CFA, CIBN) is an advantage.

    Head of Credit

    Responsibility

    • Develop and maintain credit policies, procedures, and underwriting guidelines.
    • Implement scoring models and risk-adjusted pricing strategies in collaboration with data and analytics teams.
    • Oversee credit appraisal processes across products (personal loans, SME lending, etc.).
    • Approve credit decisions within designated authority limits; escalate higher-risk cases.
    • Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency trends, and early warning signals
    • Lead a team of credit analysts and underwriters (if applicable).
    • Train and mentor junior staff on credit processes and risk frameworks.
    • Work closely with Product, Operations, Collections, and Tech to align credit strategy with business goals.
    • Drive efficiency through digital KYC, credit bureau integration, and alternative data usage.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CA preferred.
    • 3–5 years of experience in credit underwriting, credit risk, or related roles in financial services.
    • Strong understanding of credit products, lending lifecycle, and risk metrics.
    • Exposure to credit bureau reports, financial statement analysis, and scoring models.
    • Experience with NBFCs, fintech platforms, or banks is highly desirable.
    • Analytical mindset with strong decision-making and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (RBI, NBFC norms) is a plus.

    SME Sales Relationship Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with existing and prospective SME clients.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for SME clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and concerns.
    • Conduct regular client visits and relationship reviews to assess financial needs and propose suitable banking solutions.
    • Identify, acquire, and onboard new SME clients to grow the bank’s SME portfolio.
    • Proactively explore opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell financial products (e.g., loans, trade finance, deposits, treasury products, digital solutions).
