    Operations Officer

    Legal Officer

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated Legal Officer to join our team. The Legal Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance, managing contractual matters, and providing strategic legal advice to support the company's objectives. The Legal Officer will oversee all legal aspects of our operations, mitigate legal risks, and ensure the company's adherence to relevant laws and regulations.     Job Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Controller who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all financial aspects of Glover.     IT Support Officer

    THE POSITION:

    Provides support and development of server environment, telephony and networking infrastructure, maintenance of computer hardware and software systems. Provision of IT solutions for business needs and upholding the IT integrity of the company. The position requires sound skills in troubleshooting, problem solving, planning, directing and coordinating.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • The IT Support officer shall have amongst others, the following primary responsibilities:
    • Manage information technology and computer systems.
    • Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines and resolve issues and complaints.
    • Manage systems or software implementations and/or upgrades to ensure smooth deployment of new hardware and software.
    • Assist in the maintenance of any I.T. facilities or technical tools deployed for use on a day-to-day basis.
    • Carry out maintenance of the company’s computing equipment and data network equipment where applicable. 
    • Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
