Finance Controller at People Capacity Management

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Controller who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all financial aspects of Glover. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, implementing effective financial controls, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Provide insightful financial reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Lead the annual/periodic budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to establish realistic and achievable financial goals.
• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts to assist in proactive decision-making.
• Implement and monitor robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular internal audits to identify and address potential financial risks.
• Manage cash flow effectively, optimize working capital, and ensure liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Evaluate and recommend banking relationships and financing options.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Assess investment opportunities and financial implications of business initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field with MSc or MBA, CPA preferred.
• Proven 5 – 7 experiences as a Finance Controller or in the Fintech space with best practices values.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
