    Field Management Executive

    An Abuja based Training Firm is recruiting an Field Development Executive for Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt, that will be responsible for driving the growth and market expansion of the organization’s training programs. The role involves identifying potential clients,building relationships and promoting training solutions. The Field Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate leads through various sales channels
    • Close sales deals on various programs and products on periodical basis
    • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
    • Establish the organization’s reach by identifying new market segments, niches and regions for potential growth

    Job Requirements

    • HND/BSc in any discipline
    • Strong flair for marketing, business development and relationship building
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools
    • Excellemt Communication, Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
    • Self-Motivated and ability to work independly. 

    Renumeration

    • Basic Salary + Commission on sales

    Education Management Executive

    An Abuja based Training Firm is recruiting an Education Management Executive to manage a wide portfolio of workshop and training programs within the organization. Successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation and management of a diverse range of training programs for stakeholders in the education industry. The role involves collaborating with educational experts to create impactful training initiatives that contribute to the professional development of educators and education leaders. Successful candidate will oversee the entire training cycle from needs assessment to program delivery and execution. 

    Responsibilities

    • Design, Plan and Develop Training Programs that align with the  needs and trends in the education sector
    • Create training curricula, modules and materials that meed the  highest educational standards
    • Collaborate with educational institutions and industry professionals  to identify training needs and opportunities
    • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, seminars and webinars,  either directly or by coordinating with qualified trainers
    • Manage training resources, including materials, venues, technology  and equipment required for effective training delivery
    • Collaborate with Marketing Team to promote training programs and  attract participants to different training programs.  

    Job Requirement

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Educational  Management or related field. Applicants with academic backgrounds in other discipline but with required experience and enthusiasm can  also apply
    • Proficiency in using technology for training delivery, such as virtual  classrooms and e-learning platforms is an added advantage
    • Proven experience in curriculum development, training program  design and educational management.
