Job Overview:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented NYSC Corp member to join our team as a Training Coordinator at OnePyramid Academy.
• The ideal candidate will not only assist in organizing and executing training programs but will also play a key role in selling our courses to prospective participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops.
• Assist in the creation and development of training materials and resources.
• Manage participant registration and attendance tracking.
• Facilitate communication between trainers and participants.
• Sell OnePyramid Academy courses to potential participants and businesses.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in selling training or educational courses.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online learning tools.
• Must be about to go to camp or have just left camp, looking for a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).

• We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy NYSC Corp member to join our digital marketing team at OnePyramid Academy.
• The Junior Digital Marketer will assist in implementing digital marketing strategies to promote the academy’s programs, boost brand awareness, and engage with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Support the development of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Assist in SEO efforts to improve the visibility of OnePyramid Academy online.
• Help manage the academy's website content and updates.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and digital marketing platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising.
• Creative thinker with good communication skills.
