    Associate - Risk & Compliance

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct KYC/CDD/Risk Assessments on clients/partners, new & existing projects with applicable remediation initiatives
    • Conduct/Manage Sanctions screening, Transaction monitoring & Transaction screening.
    • System tuning/maintenance of rules of the Monitoring tools
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management programs and recommend changes as necessary
    • Review & ensure compliance with AML-CFT Policies (and other risk & compliance related policies) as well as manage AML-CFT-related enquiries
    • Conduct Regulatory research, Regulatory Compliance & Compliance Monitoring
    • Responsible for Data Protection Impact Assessment
    • Proactively seek and recommend enhancements to processes and development

    Requirements

    • Minimum qualification, Second class (upper division)
    • 3+ years experience in risk and compliance (preferably in the e-payment space – banking or FINTECH)
    • Candidate should be familiar with the cross-border remittance
    • Knowledge of PCI DSS Assessment is an added advantage
    • Experience in reviewing & drafting legal agreements & contracts is an added advantage
    • Must be familiar with information privacy/data protection/information governance.
    • Basic - Intermediate MS Excel skills are required
    • Candidate must be willing to work extended hours

    Sales Trader

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all available trades are efficiently closed out within the agreed trade period
    • Proactively conduct enhanced research to propose new revenue opportunities to the management team to embark upon
    • Ensure that the Company never incurs a loss on any trade carried out by the Employee
    • Shall proactively seek out progressive measures to enhance trade activities
    • Responsible for incessantly conducting investment research and market analysis to advise the management team on potential opportunities and challenges
    • Liaise with the other departments to ensure that the Company is well-positioned to take advantage of potential trading opportunities in other available markets
    • Liaise with the other departments to onboard the Company on profitable trading platforms in order to position the Company for the upside of available trades across African currencies and G3 currencies
    • Be flexible to take up new additional responsibilities as directed by your Line Manager and management team

    Requirements

    • Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
    • Excellent knowledge of Treasury Operations, Currency Trading Operations, Financial Analysis, Foreign Banking Operations, and Risks in Foreign Exchange Transactions
    • Experience in international cash and FX exposure management and product
    • Strong analytical skills and financial / treasury systems literate
    • Proactive approach to task management and self-development
    • Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants
    • Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team

    Business Development and Sales Manager

    The ideal candidate will be required to develop and grow our commercial relationships with customers on our treasury management product while looking for solutions across treasury and operations management.

    The goal will be to improve our customer's success experiences, and satisfaction by developing win/win business models and compelling value proposition

    Responsibilities

    • Ability to manage cross-jurisdictional sales partners
    • Build and secure global and regional sales partnership
    • Contact potential clients and explore new business opportunities to create long-term successful partnerships worldwide

    • Outstanding networking skills - capable of penetrating target organizations and driving the right engagement to win business

    Education and Experience

    • Minimum qualification, Second class (upper division)
    • 7+ years of professional sales and business development experience in business development, partnership/account management, or strategy/consulting is desirable
    • Prior experience selling complex solutions to enterprise partners
    • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and distill information into actionable insights for internal stakeholders
    • Proven track record of generating new business, exceeding targets on a consistent basis, and performing in the top quartile of a team
    • Proven track record of commercializing enterprise SaaS solutions and platforms
    • Industry experience in the payments ecosystem including domestic and offshore payments, treasury management as well as a working knowledge of existing enterprise resource planning tools is required
    • Relationships across key players and perspective and regulatory environment would be valuable
