    Construction HSE Engineer

    • She /He reports to the HSM. She/ He verifies and ensures that all Field activities are performed according to the TCM HSE Policy, the regulations, standards, and procedures, promoting all preventive and corrective action as required.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • To perform the Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate to the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
    • Verify the adequacy and application of the Site HSE Plan and all related procedures, to the preparing any revisions.
    • To update the HSE documentation during all the construction/Pre-Commissioning phases when deemed necessary.
    • To check that Subcontractors perform their activities in accordance with all the HSE applicable procedures, regulation, and standards, promoting all necessary action to ensure that the said procedures and regulations are observed.
    • To organize, plan and participate to periodical HSE walk around, Inspections and Audits on site, prepare all the relevant reports, action plans, verify the follow up and the timely execution of the corrective action.
    • To co-operate with the Client concerning the issue of any necessary work permits.
    • To keep accident records, identifying the areas to which prevention must be addressed.
    • To perform and or promote the indoctrination / training of personnel.
    • To prepare the HSE section of the construction monthly progress report and other periodical report.
    • To prepare and update the Site HSE Statistics, verify the performance versus the Project and corporate HSE Objective, Targets, and performance indicators

    Qualification

    • Plant for the gas treatment

    Civil Project Leader

    Job Summary / Role description

    • He/She acts as the leader of a group of specialists and/or engineers dedicated to specific activities paramount to the execution of the project.
    • He/She acts as a support of the Head of Department in training resources, maintaining and developing the specific competences of the Civil & Architectural Group.
    • With Head of Department, he/she is responsible of assigning and optimizing the resources dedicated to the projects.
    • He/She might be dedicated as a sponsor to a project according to the specific needs.
    • The Civil Project Leader is responsible for the peculiarities of the project and reports to the Head of Department for man-hours, resources and the quality of the deliverables.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • To plan the manpower activities of the Civil & Architectural Group and to guarantee the quality of the deliverables generated by the specialists and/or engineers of the group, supporting them in meeting the contractual requirements of the projects satisfying the assigned budget and time schedule.
    • With Head of Department, to guarantee coordination with other groups in the department and to harmonize specific processes and tools with other Units (specially with TICB), so to create a common approach and to optimize as much as possible use of resources.
    • To plan, to define and to update Work Instruction’s, standard documents, TM’s.
    • To identify the dedicated personnel of his/her group for projects and tenders.
    • To guarantee the application and the continuous updating of the department and Company standards, procedures and work instructions.
    • To conduct technical training as per department and Company needs and to exchange experience with colleagues of the entire Tecnimont Group for new design techniques; specifically, to promote the technical growth of the specialists and/or engineers within the group.
    • To keep himself/herself up-to-date about the technical specific improvement of the discipline and to transfer the knowledge to the other specialists and engineers.
    • To assist the Civil Project Leader and the Head of Department in the preparation of the execution strategy of the project (including the project schedule) and in taking all the actions (manpower and working instructions) to assure its application throughout the entire project life.
    • To monitor the market about the “state of art” to provide technical and commercial evaluations about new products, technologies, workflow, applications and so forth.
    • To prepare, maintain and improve the use of economic and technical historical data bank for the peculiarities of the scope of work of the group.
    • To qualify vendors and subcontractors and update of the relevant list, according to the department required scope.
    • Secure the issue of reinforced concrete and architectural documents relevant to plant works, as per job requirement, performed in different engineering centers, on the basis given by Civil Head of Department, in agreement with the Civil Project Leader.
    • Define concepts to allow engineers and architects to prepare general specifications for each project.
    • Provide assistance, if any, during testing, erection, and construction. Assist the Civil Project Leaders for those part of the works whose engineering is directly managed by them. 
    • Define and update internal standards in accordance with economic optimization criteria.
    • Update and develop design software.
    • Assess the revision of domestic and foreign standards, informing Civil Project Leaders, designers and the Estimating Group Leader of the relevant impact.

    Construction Site Planner

    Project: PHRC Area 5

    Job summary/Role description

    • To execute all planning and reporting activities within a project (or part thereof) of any size and complexity under the supervision of the Project Control Manager.
    • This role aligns with the project's contractual obligations, the company's quality standards, and the Project Execution Plan, including the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and schedules.
    • The Site Planner is accountable for the accurate implementation and updating of the project schedule for the assigned area based on provided directives and requirements.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Prepare all field project planning activities in accordance with company procedures, guided by the Project Control Manager.
    • Collaborate closely with construction team to develop Level 3 and 4 schedules and manpower histograms, ensuring compliance with project milestones, critical interfaces, and control procedures.
    • Assess the feasibility of construction schedules based on the timely delivery of documentation, materials, and updated information from the Home Office.
    • Continuously monitor subcontractor performance regarding efficiency, progress, and resource allocation, highlight to Project Control Manager in case of schedule variance.
    • Establish and maintain a logical sequence of job activities, ensuring tasks are scheduled to optimize resource allocation and minimize delays, including identifying critical path activities and their dependencies.
    • Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report and publication to all the stakeholders.

    Management Information System (MIS) Reporting:

    • Prepare and distribute MIS reports at all levels, providing stakeholders with timely and accurate information on project status, performance metrics, and deviations from the planned schedule.
    • Utilize MIS tools to compile and analyse data, presenting findings clearly to support informed decision-making by project management and stakeholders.
    • Ensure that MIS reports reflect the current state of project schedules, resource allocation, and progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Provide feedback to the Project Control Manager regarding any issues or deviations from standard methods, work instructions, and tools to enhance departmental efficiency.
    • Stay updated on technical improvements within the discipline.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in necessary tools and software, including Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
