Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive all technical and design aspects of project rollouts ensuring continuity of brand while integrating the specific needs of each location.
• Plan, coordinate, communicate and facilitate activities of multiple disciplines on projects of all sizes from conception through completion.
• Develop, manage, and monitor internal workplans to ensure successful completion of projects in multiple locations at various stages of completion.
• Monitor and report on internal and external measures on project profitability and performance.
• Participate in the business development and proposal process as well as contract negotiations.
• Manage multiple staff and determine staffing needs and recommend project personnel.
• Provide leadership at the project level, interacting with clients, staff, and consultants.
• Be experienced in project budget, managing contracts, and monitoring financial progress.
• Participate in firm-wide resource allocation planning and forecasting; and
• Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project.
• Producing design drawings and documentation from schematic design through construction documents.
• Serving as the team leader throughout a projects’ course of work, coordinating with Project Managers, drafters, and interior designers.
• Preparing documentation for client presentations.
• Fostering conversations, providing design solutions, and problem solving with team members.
• Collaborating with our interior design team members and external engineering consultants.
• Applying knowledge of building codes and ADA guidelines while developing space plans.
• Monitors the design process through project completion including, reviewing design solutions, specifications, technical drawings, shop drawings and providing construction administration.
• Traveling to conduct site visits and presentations as required.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
• Registered Architect
• 10 years of project management experience with a focus on multi-location rollouts
• Supervisory experience
• Demonstrated business development experience.

Summary

• We are looking for a Dry Ice Operator to join our team. He / She will be responsible for providing manual labour to produce dry ice.

Job Responsibilities

• Loading and packaging dry ice on a daily basis in accordance with safety standards.
• Operating a dry ice pelletizer daily to produce dry ice sufficient to meet all the company’s cold chain needs
• Complying with all safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Performing clean-up functions including, but not limited to, operational checks, sweeping, washing, trash removal and pick-up.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Complete School Certificate.
• One (1) year previouswork experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and write.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

• Ability to understand and follow the direction of supervisors.
• While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk on concrete for an extended period of time, bend, use hands and arms, and lift up to 50kg of product.
• Must be able to slide empty dry ice boxes weighing approximately 90kg cumulatively.
• The employee also occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and hazardous materials and is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risks of electrical shock.
• The employee may be regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.
• Hazards require the use of personal protective equipment, including but not limited to, a hazard, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes and gloves.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
