    Marketing and Sales Executive

    Summary

    • A Marketing and Sales Executive will develop, execute, promote and sell telecommunications products and services to customers including identifying market opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, managing sales pipelines and coordinating marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets with assigned regions.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing marketing strategies for specific product lines, highlighting unique features and benefits.
    • Working with distributors and partners to promote and sell the company’s products through their channels
    • Managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities within their accounts.
    • Leading a team of sales representative within a designated geographic region.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study

    Responsibilities

    • Utilize market research to find new business prospects and make contact.
    • Deciding on the most practical, cost-effective strategy to seek new business possibilities in collaboration with company management.
    • Sourcing for potential customers looking to outsource their recruitment or payroll needs.

    Transport Manager

    Summary

    • The Transport Manager is responsible for planning and supervising shipments, schedule routes, tracks orders, coordinate with warehouse workers and monitor transportation costs.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and supervise the shipments from production or loading point to the end-user/delivery point.
    • Ensure shipping documents are properly filed.
    • Keep organized records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders.
    • Monitor drivers’ route.
    • Ensure full documentation of each truck before embarking on any trip.
    • Frequently educate and update the drivers on road regulations, violations and penalties.
    • Monitor and report transportation costs.
    • Reduce the risk of vehicle overloading.
    • Arranging repairs and routine maintenance of transportation vehicles.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping legislation.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or business administration.
    • Proven 7 years' experience as a Transportation Manager, shipping Manager or Similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of the transportation industry and logistics.
    • Leadership skills.
    • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
    • Excellent communication skills.
