    Executive Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Calendar Management: Effectively managing the MD’s schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel plans. This involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal use of the MD’s time.
    • Communication Handling: Acting as a primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external parties. This includes screening and managing emails, calls, and other forms of communication, responding on behalf of the MD when necessary.
    • Information Management: Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining organized records. This may involve preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for the MD.
    • Meeting Coordination: Planning and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are communicated and executed.
    • Travel Arrangements: Coordinating domestic and international travel logistics for the MD, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
    • Project Support: Assisting the MD in various projects by conducting research, compiling data, and providing administrative support to ensure project milestones are met.
    • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. This involves effective communication and representing the MD professionally
    • Problem Solving: Addressing day-to-day challenges and solving problems independently or by consulting with the MD when necessary.
    • Event Planning: Organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, or other functions that involve the MD’s participation.

    Head of Operation

    Responsibilities

    • Integrity Retail chain Operation
    • Sales: Achieve and Surpass the Sales targets
    • Maintain stock/inventor y & assets
    • Category Margins to be achieved
    • Control on Shrinkage each stores to be .02% on Sales
    • Display & Space Selling income to be 100% to the inventory available
    • Floor Walk by the Operations Manager during his/her
    • Store visits
    • Control on OPEX at each Store
    • Equipment management & SOP discipline at each store
    • Floor Walk report by SM- 100% daily
    • Detail review with Store Managers on each and every Parameter of Store wise PnL Every Week
    • Use of workplace ERP
    • Team player
    • Manage the operations of store, logistics and maintenance units.
    • Ensure regulatory conformance
    • Performance evaluation
    • Org. structural implementation
    • Training & development consult with top executives on strategic planning & implementation.
    • Administrative function
    • Ability to implement company policies as it relates to the dept.

    Requirements

    • Key candidate should have BSc in relevant fields.
    • At least 7 years’ experience in Senior Role

    Departmental reporting:

    • Primary: On- site, Port Harcourt daily,
    • Visit and monitor other locations as required

    Travel:

    • Travel is required.
