    Senior Program Officer, Governance and Leadership

    Job Description

    • Lead the refinement of the design and the execution of the Leadership for Equity, Advocacy & Development (LEAD) Fellowship across the 10 selected institutions.
    • Oversee the review and expansion of the Campus Champion Manual, including modules for the virtual learning lab, oversee the knowledge delivery platform and identify subject matter experts.
    • Manage the virtual learning lab, learning circles, capstone sessions, and fellowship cohort experience.
    • Design and coordinate the Policy Lab, intra-campus competitions, regional semifinals, and national finale in Abuja.
    • Identify sector and thematic aligned partners and support technical placements for finalist teams in governance and civic organizations.
    • Convene advisory meetings, inception sessions, and multi-stakeholder dialogues.
    • Broker partnerships with civic organizations, governance institutions, feminist networks, and policy actors.
    • Ensure the documentation, knowledge management systems, and dashboard tracking of outcomes.

    Requirements

    • A Master’s degree in any of the following fields (or closely related disciplines): Gender Studies ,Public Policy / Public Administration, Governance or Development Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, or Political Science, Law, Social Work, Human Rights, or Peace & Conflict Studies or any related field.
    • 3–6 years progressive experience in governance, civic engagement, youth leadership development, gender justice, policy advocacy, or related sectors.
    • Demonstrated leadership in designing or managing programs, fellowships, or multi-institutional initiatives.
    • Strong grounding in feminist principles, power analysis, and systems thinking.
    • Proven ability to engage government actors, regulatory agencies, and institutional leadership.
    • Exceptional partnership-building, coalition management, and multi-stakeholder convening skills.
    • Strong writing, conceptualization, and communication abilities.
    • Experience working with young people, student movements, or leadership pipelines is an added advantage.
    • Ability to ideate innovative frameworks, develop models, and translate concepts into actionable strategies.
    • Availability to travel.

    Sales / Ecommerce Officer

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operation and Ecommerce officer to join their team.

    • The Operation and Ecommerce officer will be responsible for overseeing the entire business operations, ensuring a lean operation is maintained, engaging with potential customers, and converting these leads into sales.

    Job Description

    • Create and implement the strategy for sales, including cross-sell and Up-sell of all products and services, in house and online to current and potential customers
    • Manage customers satisfaction, through right product delivery, on-time delivery, in right quantity, to right location, with competitive and cost saving delivery through 3PL to customers
    • Create initiatives and new business ideas and initiatives that would boost sales
    • Responsible for the business inventory & replenishment management (online & offline)
    • Maintains online presence with high points on digital marketing
    • Follow up on outstanding payments & negotiated transactions
    • Liaise with other sales team member on customer orders interfacing between client & company
    • Have product knowledge to effectively provide advice to customers on what brand will suit their needs
    • Maintain an excellent customer service and professional relationship between the organization, existing and potential customers
    • Overseas the entire business Operations, ensuring a lean operation is maintained
    • Products research and development
    • Communicating new product developments to prospective & existing customers.
    • Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and expenses
    • Prepare and communicate to management, daily, weekly and monthly sales, and activities report in line with the company sales target.
    • And other tasks as assigned by the management.

    Job Requirements 

    • B.Sc Degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, sales, operations, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and digital marketing tools.
    • Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies, A strong drive to achieve sales targets and business goals.
    • Understanding of order fulfillment processes, customer service and problem-solving
    • Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient delivery.
    • Innovative mindset to generate new business ideas and strategies
    • Ability to follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate transactions effectively.
    • Proficiency in preparing and communicating sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to management.
    • Ability to deliver tasks with minimal supervision, openness to learning and ability to lead by example.
    • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the business

    Remuneration

    • N150,000 - N200,000 monthly Plus Performance Incentives.
