    Campus Ambassadors Program

    About the role

    • The Lendsqr Campus Ambassador Program is an exciting initiative designed to bridge the gap between talented, motivated students and Lendsqr. The 3 months program serves as a unique gateway for students to gain valuable real-world experience in Fintech, remote work while they continue to grow in their studies.
    • Depending on educational background, successful interns can be assigned to our Product Management, Product Support, Marketing, Engineering, Growth, and Finance teams.
    • The ideal person for this program is able to think quickly on their feet and must have a knack for solving problems.
    • The role is very rewarding as you get satisfaction from solving problems and gaining new knowledge. If you believe you have the grit, attitude, and skills to take on this role then please apply!

    Responsibilities

    • Support the various team in support of customers, partners, and other systems
    • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
    • Organize and maintain resources and responsibilities assigned to you.
    • Participate in organization activities relating to testing, training, and customer support to ensure a smooth launch of new products

    Qualifications

    • Must be a Year 2 and above student currently enrolled at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) in any course of study
    • Must have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale.
    • Have strong interest in fintechs and wants to develop a career in that space
    • Must be between 18 and 23 years of age

    Sales Manager

    About the Technical Sales role

    • Lendsqr is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales professional to join our team.
    • As a Technical Sales representative, you will play a critical role in growing our SaaS loan platform by identifying and closing new business opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by leveraging your technical knowledge and sales skills.
    • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to understand the technical capabilities of our platform and how they can be used to solve customer problems.
    • Present the value proposition of our platform to potential clients, highlighting its unique features and benefits.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
    • Provide support to clients throughout the implementation process.

    Requirements

    • A bachelor’s/master’s degree in a business-related course, engineering or a related degree
    • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in SaaS sales.
    • Strong knowledge of fintech and technical products.

    Competencies/Skills

    • A strong technical background, with experience in the SaaS industry and a good understanding of loan management systems.
    • Proven success in a technical sales role, with a track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex technical problems.
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
