    HR Assistant Intern / Office Administrative Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a smart and proactive individual to join our team as an HR Assistant Intern / Office Administrative Officer. 
    • This is an entry-level role ideal for someone interested in starting a career in HR and office administration.

    Responsibilities

    • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
    • Assist with employee records and HR documentation
    • Help with payroll support and leave tracking
    • Provide general administrative support
    • Ensure proper filing and compliance with HR policies.

    Requirements

    • 0 - 1 year experience (internship / NYSC experience is a plus)
    • Good communication and organizational skills
    • Basic knowledge of HR principles
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
    • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

    Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales of the company’s real estate products and services.
    • Close deals efficiently and meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Generate and convert leads through both online and offline channels.
    • Follow up effectively with prospects to maintain a solid sales pipeline.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost visibility and conversions.
    • Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
    • Maintain a high level of customer service and client satisfaction.
    • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the team.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
    • Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience with high closing skills (real estate experience is an added advantage).
    • Strong ability to close deals outright and follow up consistently.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High standard of ethics and workplace behavior.
    • Ability to work independently and proactively.
    • Strong digital and physical marketing skills.
    • Must reside on the Island, Lagos.
