    • Handling employee issues, grievances, and conflicts to maintain a healthy work environment.
    • Handle health insurance and other benefits.
    • Creating and managing programs to develop employee skills and careers.
    • Developing, implementing, and enforcing company policies and ensuring compliance.
    • Overseeing the process of employee performance reviews and feedback.

    Brand/Graphic Designer

    Job Description:

    • Brand Identity Designer: Develops logos, color palettes, typography, and visual systems for a brand.
    • Web Designer / UI Designer: Focuses on visual layouts for websites and user interfaces, often with UX principles.
    • Motion Graphics Designer: Creates animated graphics for videos, social media, and digital ads.
    • Packaging Designer: Designs the look and feel of product packaging.
    • Publication Designer: Designs layouts for magazines, books, reports, and newspapers.
    • Advertising Designer: Creates visuals for marketing campaigns, from print ads to digital banners.
    • Digital Illustrator: Creates original artwork for various digital and print applications.
