Responsibilities

• The Bursar shall be the Chief Financial Officer of the College and shall be responsible to the Provost for the day-to-day administration and control of the College's financial affairs.

Requirements
Candidate seeking for the post should possess any of the following qualifications:

• Master's in Accountancy or Finance plus professional qualification in the field in of Accounting.
• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accountancy or Finance plus registration with d recognised professional accounting body in Nigeria.
• Candidate must possess 12 years of cognate working experience in an Institution of Higher Learning.
• Knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is an added advantage.

• The College Librarian shall be responsible to the Provost for the administration of the College library and the coordination of the library services within and outside the College.
• Formulating overall library policies, initiating personnel contact and liaising with relevant Departments.
• Preparation of library budget.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Library Science (MLS) or a Bachelor's Degree in Library Science (BLS).
• Candidate must have at least 12 years of cognate of working experience in an Institution of Higher Learning.
• Candidate must have Registration with relevant recognized professional body (ies).

Description

• The Director of Works is the head of the Works Department of the College.
• He shall be responsible to the Provost for the general maintenance and repairs of buildings and other movable properties of the College.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of the College physical master plan
• Overall control of Works and Estate Department.
• Formulating divisional strategies to achieve Institutional goals.
• Planning and controlling the technical activities of the Works Department.
• Advising the Provost on acquisition, operation and maintenance of all fixed assets of the College.
• Preparing the Works Department's budget and exercising budgetary controls.
• Keeping an inventory of all College vehicles and taking responsibility for their maintenance, security and upkeep.
• Supervision of all staff in the Works Department.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the provost.

Requirements

• A Bachelor Degree / HND in the fields of Engineering, Quantity Survey, Architect, and Building with specified qualifications in project/work management in an in Institution of Higher Learning.
• A registered Engineer with a Master's Degree in a the field of Engineering, Quantity Survey, Architect and Building.
• Candidate must have at least 12 years of cognate working of experience in an Institution of Higher Learning.
• Candidate must possess a professionally recognised certificate with a current practising license. Knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is an added advantage.
