Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Art Director to lead and elevate our creative outputs across branding, advertising, and experiential marketing campaigns.
• As Art Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing visual concepts that align with client goals and deliver creative excellence. 
• You will work closely with strategy, production, and client service teams to bring compelling ideas to life; from ideation through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the conceptualization, design, and visual development of branding and marketing campaigns.
• Translate client briefs into engaging, creative, and effective visual solutions.
• Ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with copywriters, 3D designers, strategists, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Oversee creative quality control across all visual deliverables, from digital assets to physical branding materials.
• Present creative concepts and storyboards internally and to clients with confidence and clarity.
• Stay updated on design trends, brand storytelling, and industry innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 4–6 years’ experience in a creative or agency environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of branding, advertising, and campaign work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or 3D software is a plus.
• Excellent visual, conceptual, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain creative quality under pressure.
• Experience in experiential or BTL marketing environments is an added advantage.

Job Description

• We are looking for a Client Service / Account Management Officer to manage end-to-end client interactions, ensure accurate costing and budgeting, and support seamless execution of brand activation and experiential marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead project cost estimation, budgeting, and financial tracking using QS expertise.
• Prepare BOQs, job measurements, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
• Coordinate with vendors and production teams to deliver on client expectations.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in client servicing or account/project management.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with branding, activation, or marketing projects is an advantage.
