• We are looking for an experienced and skilled Diesel Generator Engineer to install, commission, and maintain diesel generators.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test diesel generators.
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of diesel generators.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify faults and recommend repairs.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Eng or its equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 - 6 years of experience working with diesel generators.
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel generators, electrical systems, and control panels.
• Experience with generator maintenance software and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Valid certifications in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.

• We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chief Operations Officer to oversee and manage large-scale technical projects and teams across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and supervise a large technical and field engineers
• Supervise all projects and project teams across all regions within Nigeria
• Develop strategies, design operational policies and oversee quality customer service to ensure customer retention.
• Excel in financial management and have executive-level communication and interpersonal skills to persuade and influence stakeholders.

• PMP or any related field certification is preferred.

• We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chief Technical Officer to provide technical leadership and oversight to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide necessary technical support for business development and projects implementation.
• Plan and manage all technical activities, projects, calendars, and progress reports.
• Advise management on projects budgets and ensure to follow up on all technical projects and align them to approved budgets.

• Carry out routine quality assurance test on all systems and equipment before deployment to sites and adding to stock in the warehouse.
• Hybrid Power Optimization on site and periodic visits to sites.
• Ensure timely report on the hybrid system and power optimization, being fully updated on the components of the power system.
• Be the focal point and the interface with manufacturers of the systems and their technical supports team.
• Ensure installation of work quality assurance in line with the company procedure (PAT, UAT, FAT).
• Develop technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge.
• Improve clients SLA based on management of KPIs.
• Responsible for Quality Assurance Team.
• Budget oversight – Managing the technical budget, optimizing expenditures, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
