    Lead, Growth and Strategy

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate is expected to create insight-driven product positioning, messaging and narratives, define and execute on innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive education, engagement and product adoption by leveraging various channels, help support our customer's business needs. 
    • The right candidate is passionate about technology, innovation, and marketing.

    Job Duties

    • Conduct market research and data analysis to drive impactful campaigns.
    • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for B2B & B2C engagement.
    • Identify and acquire new business opportunities while strengthening client relationships.
    • Lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms.
    • Create compelling product positioning and messaging for innovative campaigns.
    • Manage digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • 4 - 7 years of experience in strategy, marketing, business development, or a similar role.
    • Previous experience in experiential agency is highly preferred
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills
    • Strong analytical and research skills with a data-driven mindset.
    • Ability to create innovative marketing initiatives that drive engagement and conversions.
    • Proven experience in experiential marketing, branding, activations, or events is a plus.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content strategy
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

    Internal / Quality Control Officer

    Job Summary

    • Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about ensuring compliance and operational efficiency? Join our client's Accounting team as an Internal Control & Compliance Officer.
    • The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining our business standards, integrity and optimizing processes.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Ensure all branding and advertising materials comply with company standards.
    • Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement and enforce protocols.
    • Oversee physical stock takes and material reconciliation reports.
    • Verify all payments and purchases, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
    • Monitor inventory usage to prevent shortages and pilferages.
    • Maintain and update compliance manuals for regulatory requirements.
    • Manage credit control, receivables, and outstanding staff floats.
    • Post daily transactions into Sagecloud and reconcile bank balances.
    • Identify business risks and implement preventive measures.
    • Document and resolve control issues with actionable solutions.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in internal control, compliance, auditing, or a similar role.
    • Previous experience in a printing, advertising, or branding agency is an added advantage
    • Strong understanding of financial reporting, inventory management, and risk assessment.
    • Proficiency in accounting software such as Sagecloud or similar ERP systems.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Successful candidate must be available to resume immediately.
