    Sales Executive - Lagos

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving company revenue by identifying new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through cold-calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
    • Manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities and communicating progress to management.

    Junior Technical Support Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide Tier 1 support for customers experiencing internet connectivity issues, slow speeds, or hardware failures.
    • Use Network Management Systems (NMS) to monitor the status of links and proactively report outages.
    • Configure and troubleshoot customer premises equipment (CPE), such as routers, switches, and radio links.
    • Manage and update support tickets (e.g., using Jira, Zendesk, or internal CRMs) to ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
    • Identify complex issues that require Tier 2 or Tier 3 intervention and escalate them with detailed logs.

    Criteria & Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
    • Minimum of 1 year in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or Network Administration (NYSC/Internship inclusive).
    • Solid understanding of the OSI Model, TCP/IP, DNS, and basic IP addressing/subnetting.
    • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

    Junior Field Support Engineer (Fiber)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the laying of fiber optic cables (aerial or underground) and perform termination/splicing of fiber cores.
    • Identify and resolve physical fiber faults, such as fiber cuts, using tools like OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) and visual fault locators.
    • Conduct routine inspections of the fiber network (Outside Plant - OSP) to ensure optimal performance.
    • Visit customer premises or link sites to determine the best cable routing and material requirements.
    • Record splicing diagrams, GPS coordinates of fiber routes, and power level readings after every installation.

    Criteria & Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1 year in Fiber Operations (NYSC or Internship experience is highly valid).
    • Basic knowledge of fusion splicing, fiber color coding, and handling fiber testing equipment.
    • Physical fitness for field work and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
