Description:

• Develop and lead the operationalization of the HSE MS control framework for all aspects of the business.
• Lead the conduct of HSE audits (including pre-qualification of vendors) and inspections of the company's installations/operations and audit of Contractors’ HSEMS in line with the company’s HSEMS expectations, relevant ISO standards and best international practices.
• Demonstrate a leading role in implementing the company's HSE Management System to ensure the protection of personnel, respect for the environment & safeguarding of operational assets.

 Description:

• Contribute to ensuring planned process engineering activities meets required objective.
• Deliver process engineering works on time.
• Maintain a good interface with other disciplines and department within the company.
• Contribute to HSE and security objective set for projects and the company’s corporate HSE objectives.
• Keep up-to-date with relevant industry developments, identify opportunities for improvement or enhanced competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 4-7 years in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical Design Engineering with minimum of 3 years in the Oil & Gas industry, in engineering consulting or EPC company with Design & Engineering Capability.
• Processing application for Professional membership and certification: NSE and COREN.
• Working knowledge of relevant standards, norms and regulations.
• Knowledge of conceptual design studies, FEED and Detailed design in green, brown and revamp field developments.
• Skilled with Hysys for Process Simulation and Pipesim for Hydraulic Simulation.
• Ability to Generate Process Engineering Drawings using AUTOCAD software.
• Must be familiar with working in a multi-discipline environment.
