Site Engineer (Agrofield) at Reftop Homes Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site activities for our Agrofield project in Abeokuta.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction and agricultural infrastructure development are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with approved designs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure project execution aligns with approved plans and timelines
• Interpret and implement engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, artisans, and project stakeholders on-site
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise
• Manage materials usage and ensure proper documentation of site activities
• Support quality control processes to maintain project standards
• Assist in cost control by minimizing waste and ensuring efficient resource utilization

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
• 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in construction or agro-infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of site operations and project management principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic engineering tools/software.
