    Income Auditor

As an Income Auditor, you’re not just ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the hotel's financial transactions – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

    Responsibilities

    Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

    • Ensure accurate financial records: Balance and code the previous day’s transactions, preparing daily operating sales and labour summaries
    • Verify and audit transactions: Review night audit reports, ensure sales journal accuracy, and analyse all adjustments
    • Reconcile banquet revenue: Audit banquet tickets and match them with banquet orders to ensure proper billing
    • Monitor financial adjustments: Track and route rebates, miscellaneous charges, promotional tickets, and paid outs
    • Maintain recordkeeping: File and archive financial documents in compliance with tax authority requirements
    • Collaborate for success: Assist team members and other departments as needed
    • Audit all daily revenue reports and postings from Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other departments
    • Perform daily revenue reconciliation and investigate any discrepancies
    • Review non-arrivals, cancellations, late check-outs, and room rate variances
    • Verify all paid-out vouchers, corrections, and allowances
    • Ensure all revenue is correctly accounted for and posted in the system
    • Balance all revenue streams including rooms, outlets, and ancillary services
    • Reconcile VAT, service charge, and other applicable taxes daily
    • Monitor and review house accounts, complimentary stays, and management bills
    • Reconcile Conference & Banqueting revenue with function sheets and contracts
    • Ensure advanced deposits and prepayments are accurately recorded
    • Conduct spot checks on operations and cashiering procedures
    • Liaise with operational departments to resolve discrepancies
    • Maintain accurate records and support month-end closing activities
    • Assist in internal and external audits
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Finance Manager

    Driver

    Transcorp Hilton Abuja is seeking a reliable and professional Driver to provide safe, timely, and high-quality transportation services for guests, Team Members, and hotel operations. The successful candidate will uphold Hilton’s standards of hospitality, safety, and service excellence while ensuring vehicles are maintained in top condition.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely transport hotel guests, senior management, and staff to designated locations.
    • Provide courteous, professional, and discreet service at all times.
    • Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off in line with schedules.
    • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles.
    • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any faults promptly.
    • Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
    • Assist guests with luggage and provide basic directions or information about Abuja when required.
    • Maintain accurate vehicle logs, fuel records, and trip documentation.
    • Support hotel operations with errands or deliveries when needed.the

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of Senior Secondary Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
    • Valid Nigerian Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years driving experience, preferably in a corporate, hospitality, or executive setting.
    • Good knowledge of Abuja road networks and traffic regulations.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
    • Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
    • High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability.

    Preferred Skills

    • Defensive driving certification is an advantage.
    • Experience driving VIPs or expatriates is a plus.
    • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
