    Treasurer

    To lead and coordinate the Treasury Operations function by ensuring optimal liquidity management, efficient cash flow operations, and strict
    GZI control of daily banking activities across the Group.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Cash & Liquidity Management: Monitor daily cash positions across all bank accounts and ensure optimal liquidity.
    • Payment Operations: Oversee timely processing of vendor payments, payroll, statutory remittances, and intercompany transfers.
    • Bank Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with banks to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Cash Forecasting Support: Prepare and consolidate cash flow forecasts with Finance and Business Units.
    • Bank Reconciliations: Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of all bank accounts.
    • Controls & Compliance: Enforce treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
    • Transaction & Operations Governance: Supervise the end-to-end execution of high- value local and international trade payments, guaranteeing 100% compliance with internal control thresholds.
    • Transaction Monitoring: Review and validate high-value transactions before execution.
    • Process Improvement/Automation: Drive automation and efficiency in treasury operations.
    • Intercompany Funding: Manage intercompany funding requests and settlements. Regulatory Compliance: Direct the prompt, accurate submission of all statutory treasury returns, central bank documentation, and capital import certificates (e.g., CCI filings).

    Required Education/ Qualification

    • A minimum of HND or a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • Professional certification (ACA/ACCA/ CFA) is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years in Treasury, Cash Management, or Corporate Finance operations in a multi-entity organization.

    Executive Assistant

    To ensure proper management of the GCEO's office by providing high-level confidential and comprehensive support to the Group CEO and other Executives and driving effective coordination, communication, and execution across the Executive Office.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Exco & Governance Servicing: Structure, coordinate, and drive the agendas for all Exco and Board-level meetings; compile high-impact board packs, capture action items, and maintain accountability across business unit leaders.
    • Daily Schedule Management: Command absolute control over the GCEO's calendar, filtering scheduling choices with an understanding of shifting business priorities, time zone logistics, and strategic demands.
    • Executive Communications Pipeline: Review, draft, and optimize corporate briefings, speeches, complex investor correspondence, and sensitive internal memos emanating from the desk of the GCEO.
    • Project Liaison & Coordination: Spearhead ad-hoc critical operational, commercial, or community projects directed by the GCEO's office, ensuring timely delivery by pooling internal matrix resources.
    • Elite Liaison Management: Provide premium, seamless hospitality and operational handling for visiting VIP clients, board members, and international investment partners.
    • Confidential Information Management: Safeguard highly sensitive corporate, financial, and strategic information with strict discretion.
    • Change Implementation Support: Drive execution of transformation initiatives and ensure follow-through on organizational change programs.
    • Travel & Logistics: Organize complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
    • Documentation & Reporting: Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Research: Conduct research on certain issues as may be required

    Required Education/ Qualification

    • A minimum of HND or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related discipline.
    • An MBA or professional certification (e.g., Chartered Secretary, PMP) is highly advantageous.
    • 8+ years of stellar experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (FMCG, management consulting, or investment banking)-with at least 5 years spent explicitly serving C-Suite executives or board-level entities.
    • A diplomat with a strong will for execution; organized, possessing high emotional intelligence (EQ), absolute discretion, and the resilience to thrive under executive scrutiny.
