    Manager New Venture

    Job Description

    • A Manager is tasked with overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training Heads of Departments, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals.
    • Our ideal candidate must be self-motivated and results-driven to direct and manage our new organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

    Responsibilities

    • Overseeing daily business operations.
    • Developing and implementing growth strategies.
    • Training managers and staff.
    • Creating and managing budgets.
    • Improving revenue.
    • Involved in recruitment process.
    • Evaluating performance and productivity.
    • Analysing accounting and financial data.
    • Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
    • Generating reports and giving presentations.
    • Comply with Company policies, procedures, and compliance rules and regulations.

    Requirements

    • 4-6 years of Client relationship / Sales / Management experience. Experience in real estate is an added advantage
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must be flexible, detailed oriented, highly organized, and professional with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
    • He/She must be a good team player, a management person.
    • He/She must possess effective management of human and material resources skills,
    • He/She must be focused and result orientated and should be highly organized with an eye for details.
    • Ability to travel out of State for property site visits or client appointments

    Business Analyst

    JOB OBJECTIVE(S)

    Subscriber Data Management. Business Analysis. Manage Strategies for Real Estate Funding. Prospect Sales Leads

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Periodic Reporting to the GM
    • Execute all action points with regards to opportunities assigned to be carried out by the company
    • Prospect Sales Leads.
    • Portfolio Management & Reviews.
    • Any other task as defined by Management

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

    •  Effective management of subscriber data with rapid sales     conversion
    •  Successful execution of projects/Tasks assigned.
    •  Portfolio Management

    JOB REQUIREMENTS 

    •  A good university degree with an MBA (In Finance)
    •  Any Certification in Mortgage & Real Estate Finance is an added advantage.
    • At least 2 years’ post-graduation experience in Finance, Real Estate, Project Supervision and related job position and functions

    KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

    •  Real Estate & Projects, Mortgage Financing and general project finance; Analytical and understanding strategy.  Relationship Management
    • Proficiency in the use of PP. Ability to think outside the box.
    • Creativity.
