    Driver

    Job Summary

    • We seek an experienced driver for the Company Director, that will ensure safe, efficient, and timely transportation for the Company Director. 
    • While maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic schedule.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely drive the Director to and from work, meetings, appointments, and other destinations as required.
    • Ensure the company vehicle is clean, properly maintained, and in excellent working condition by scheduling regular servicing and inspections.
    • Plan and adhere to the most efficient routes, considering traffic, road conditions, and timing.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director's conversations, plans, and activities.
    • Ensure punctuality in all pickups and drop-offs.
    • Represent the organization with a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
    • Run errands for the Director as required, including package deliveries, pickups, and other personal or professional needs.
    • Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Proven experience as a personal or executive driver (minimum of 3-5 years preferred).
    • Familiarity with routes, traffic regulations, and driving conditions in Abuja.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to handle stress and adapt to a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A high level of integrity and ability to maintain discretion.
    • Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
    • Must reside within Maitama, Mpape, Jahi, Dawaki, Katampe, Asokoro and it's environment.

    Gallery Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a Gallery Manager that will oversee the daily operations of the gallery, ensuring smooth execution of exhibitions, events, and sales. 
    • The Gallery Manager will be responsible for curating the gallery's collections, managing staff, coordinating with artists, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the gallery's day-to-day activities, including opening, closing, and ensuring the space is clean and well-maintained.
    • Maintain inventory of art pieces, ensuring proper cataloging and documentation.
    • Oversee installation and de-installation of exhibitions, ensuring proper handling and care of artwork.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, collectors, and patrons.
    • Handle inquiries, negotiate sales, and process transactions.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
    • Plan and execute gallery events such as openings, artist talks, and workshops.
    • Coordinate with artists, curators, and vendors for successful event delivery.

    • Liaise with artists, curators, framers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
    • Prepare and manage budgets for exhibitions and events.
    • Monitor sales and expenses, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

    Qualifications and Skills
    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Art History, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in gallery management, art sales, or a similar role.

    Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of art trends, artists, and the art market.
    • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Sales and negotiation expertise.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
    • Experience with art handling and installation is a plus.

    Social Media / Gallery Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We seek a Social Media & Gallery Assistant who would play a dual role in supporting both online and physical gallery operations. 
    • The position involves managing digital platforms to promote gallery events, artists, and exhibitions while also assisting with day-to-day gallery functions such as visitor engagement, event setup, and administration.

    Key Responsibilities
    Social Media & Digital Marketing:

    • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
    • Assist with content creation including photography, video editing, and captions.
    • Monitor trends, analytics, and audience engagement across all platforms.
    • Help grow the gallery’s online presence and follower base.
    • Update the gallery’s website with current exhibitions and artist information.
    • Respond to messages and inquiries on social platforms in a timely manner.

    Gallery Support:

    • Welcome and engage with visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Provide information about current exhibitions, artists, and gallery programs.
    • Assist with installation and de-installation of exhibitions.
    • Support logistics for gallery openings, talks, and special events.
    • Help maintain a clean and visually appealing gallery space.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or ongoing studies in Art, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in social media management or working in an art / cultural space is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Canva, Reels, Stories, etc.
    • Good eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
    • Passion for art, culture, and creative communication.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Photography / videography experience.
    • Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or mobile editing apps.
    • Familiarity with gallery systems, such as Artlogic or Artsy, is a bonus.
