Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing across digital, social media, and traditional channels to increasebrand awareness and generate leads.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and understand customer needs to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads, nuture prospects, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Track and report on campaign peformance using KPI's like ROI, conversion rates, lead volume, and sales forecasts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HND in marketing, Business Administration.
• 3 years experience minimum.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a reselts-driven mindset.

• Responsible for coordinating material requests, receiving and documenting supplies, issuing materials for production, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Also ensures daily reconciliation, cost control, stock monitoring, and compliance with company material usage policies to prevent shortages and operational disruptions.
