    Maintenance Engineer

    • Coordination between inter- departments for Technical issues in order to achieve factory objectives and productivity.
    • Identify manpower needs; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence  within his shift.
    • Responsible for conducting departmental meetings in plant and give feedback to his superior.
    • Tracking of breakdown, OEE of machines , its history card etc to check and monitor condition of the equipment and to take in review of shift maintenance.
    • Make daily, weekly, Monthly, quarterly and annual preventive maintenance plan and ensure that they are executed and documented.
    • To lead a team of people and act as mentor for day to day needs.
    • Ensures GMP and good house keeping is practiced and followed at work place.
    • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the job/ activities
    • To plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
    • He/She must ensure that maintenance activities are done in such a reliable manner as to reduce maintenance cost, reduce the MTTR and increase the MTBR
    • Ensure all issues relating to sanitary and safety audits are closed timely
    • Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Maintenance Manager
    • Maintaining documentation of plant activities as per norms and standards.
    • Determine required equipment & justification through conducting feasibility studies.

    Requirements

    • HND/BSC’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering
    • 4 -10years of working experience in supervisory role in related field.
    • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems (including relevant equipment and tools) is a plus
    • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other manuals and documents.
    • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
    • Basic understanding of ISO 14001 and Food Safety requirements and applicable operational control procedures
    • Basic understanding of emergency response protocols
    • Implementation of safe work practices.
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, Verbal, and written articulacy.
    • Excellence communication skills, Excellent computer literacy skills
    • Experience with administrative tasks, Ability to delegate

    Technical / Maintenance Store Officer

    Inventory Management

    • Maintaining adequate inventory levels, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment.

    Receiving and Issuing Goods

    • Receiving deliveries, inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies, and issuing supplies as needed.

    Record Keeping

    • Maintaining accurate records of receipts, withdrawals, and stock movements.

    Stock Control

    • Implementing effective inventory systems, conducting stock-taking, and reconciling physical stock with inventory records.

    Order Fulfillment

    • Fulfilling requisition orders, ensuring on-time delivery of materials, and ensuring compliance with procedures.

    Store Operations

    • Maintaining a clean and organized storage area, adhering to hygiene regulations, and ensuring safety practices are followed.

    Reporting

    • Preparing periodic store reports, identifying obsolete or redundant items, and reporting losses or irregularities to management.
    • Maintain accurate logs of issued parts, repair history, and tool usage to prevent loss or misuse.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc/HND/OND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required.
    • 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or inventory management, and experience in maintenance or industrial store operations.
    • Ability to manage complex inventory systems and multiple maintenance projects simultaneously.
    • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems to correctly identify required spare parts. 
    • Experience in managing maintenance budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities for parts
    • Control systems and manufacturing domain.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in computer inventory systems (e.g., SAP, MS Excel), good communication skills, and knowledge of safety regulations. Ability to uase SAP.
