Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts part of performance evaluations for subordinate employees, ensure prompt payment of tax, utilities and other fiscal obligations
• Creates budget plans, find ways to reduce costs of supplies and services and monitor the flow of money to ensure they stay within proposed budget
• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the office. This include inventory management, accounting, ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance of the office's equipment and computers.
• Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
• Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
• Ensures proper labour relations and conditions of employment are maintained.
• Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
• Executes plans, policies, and programs in business and financial affairs as designed in the operations manual and Enterprise Resource Planning System (QuickBook) , property and equipment, supplies, housekeeping, stores, forms, buildings and grounds maintenance, engineering and safety programs.
• Develops budget recommendations for operating expenditures and / or capital outlay, personal services, equipment and materials, and maintains revenue as high as possible.
• Supervises such management planning activities as job analysis, organization studies, workflow, and simplification of systems and procedures for service, physical plant, warehouse.
• Perform other various duties as may be assigned.

• Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention

Qualification
