Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up packages and documents efficiently within assigned timelines.
• Ensure proper handling and documentation of all deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and submit proof of delivery to the appropriate personnel.
• Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints to the supervisor promptly.
• Conduct daily inspection and routine maintenance of the dispatch motorcycle to ensure good working condition.
• Ensure compliance with traffic rules and company safety procedures.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive staff, visitors, and goods to various destinations.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition at all times( inside and outside)
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report issues promptly.
• Ensure vehicle servicing on time and documentation (e.g. insurance, roadworthiness) are up-to-date.
• Follow all traffic rules and drive calmly and safely at all times.
• Assist with loading/unloading when necessary.
• Maintain daily trip logs including mileage and fuel usage.
• Be respectful,polite and professional to passenger and others at all times
• Maintain confidentiality and avoid discussing company matters.

Requirements
