    Social Media / Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities
    Social Media Management:

    • Develop and implement content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
    • Create engaging posts, graphics, and promotional materials to grow audience and increase brand visibility
    • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to enhance social media performance
    • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Use analytics tools to measure and report social media performance (reach, engagement, conversions)

    Sales & Lead Generation:

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through social media channels, online listings, and inbound inquiries
    • onvert social media followers and leads into customers through consistent engagement and follow-ups
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
    • Prepare and deliver pitches, product information, and service details to potential customers
    • Maintain a customer database and manage client relationships effectively

    Marketing & Promotions:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to run online campaigns and promotions
    • Suggest new features or marketing ideas to attract and retain customers
    • Track ROI of paid ads and promotions and adjust strategies accordingly

    Requirements

    • Experience: 2–4 years (preferred in beauty or lifestyle brands)
    • Proven experience as a social media manager
    • Proximity to Tradefair Lagos is key

    Basic Salary
    N100,000 - 110,000 per month + 1% commission and extra 20,000 sales bonus monthly revenue exceed target (Subject to review).

    Marketer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products to manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
    • Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, visits, and online outreach.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
    • Understand client needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations and product samples to prospective clients.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and closed deals.
    • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
    • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 1 - 3 years of marketing or sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
    • Good knowledge of manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
    • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office and basic CRM tools.
