    Property Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    The Sales Executive is responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to expand First Ally Properties’ market presence. The role requires strong business acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to structure high-value property transactions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Business Development

    • Identify and develop a pipeline of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and institutional investors.
    • Implement strategies to increase market penetration and expand the client base.
    • Build partnerships with mortgage banks, cooperatives, and real estate developers to drive bulk sales and leasing contracts.
    • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and innovative sales techniques.

    Client Engagement & Relationship Management

    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Conduct site inspections, property viewings, and client meetings.
    • Collaborate with IT & Marketing to promote properties through digital channels, including online listings, virtual tours, and social media.

    Sales Documentation & Reporting

    • Prepare and manage all necessary sales documentation, including offer letters and purchase agreements
    • Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis.

    Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • Real Estate & Investment Expertise – Strong understanding of property sales, financing, and investment advisory.
    • Sales & Business Acumen – Proven ability to structure and close high-value property transactions.
    • Networking & Influencing Skills – Strong network within the real estate sector and financial institutions.
    • Digital Sales & Marketing – Experience leveraging online platforms and CRM tools for property sales.
    • Negotiation & Relationship Management – Ability to engage and retain high-profile clients.
    • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to pitch properties convincingly.

    Professional Requirements Education:

    • BSc in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record in selling and leasing residential and commercial properties.

    Halal Investment/Islamic Fund Sales Analyst

    Job Description 

    • Sell FAAM's products with a major focus on driving the Halal fund/ethical investment products 
    • Develop new products

    Duties / Responsibilities 

    • Identify and negotiate Islamic business opportunities and develop specific plans to increase the portfolio in line with business targets 
    • Identify and mobilize investments from both individual and corporate entities 
    • Ensure shariah compliant solutions are offered to clients 
    • Create new businesses and relationships according to set target 
    • Support the team in the development and implementation of new Islamic Investment products and services. 
    • Develop bi-annual activity plans for the Halal fund

    Requirements 

    • Combined 5 years of experience in Sales and expertise in Islamic Finance
    • Strategy development, monitoring and execution 
    • Good track record of business development 
    • Ability to cross-sell First Ally products and generate revenue 
    • Experience in drafting and finalizing proposals, work plans and report
    •  Ability to solve problems and negotiate 
    • Ability to win clients

    Qualifications/Requirements 

    • A good first degree in any discipline. A relevant Master\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s degree will be an advantage

    Junior Sales Executive

    Job Role

    To provide Investment Advisory services to clients and Effective Management of clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive Sales, increase brand awareness, influence market share, penetration and develop strategic and innovative ideas to accelerate revenue and work to build market share.
    • Develop solid partnerships with clients, peers, and management teams to facilitate efficiency, and productivity and achieve set targets
    • Provide Investment opinions to investors and prospects.
    • Monitor Client’s investments and give proactive suggestions to enhance portfolio.
    • Establish Client Investment objections, including risk tolerance, asset allocation and recommend suitable Investment options.
    • Market Company Products and services to prospective Clients.
    • Preparation of weekly and monthly Sales report of the Sales Team
    • Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities.
    • Identify and resolve client’s enquiries and queries, ensure proper documentation of issues and resolution.
    • Advise and communicate with client on their investment performance and market trends.
    • Generation of new and creative ideas for new product development, to broaden the range of investment management services available to existing and potential client
    • Work closely with the Head of Sales to retain and expand market share for The First Ally Group.
    • Work closely with Portfolio managers and the Head of Sales/Head, Client Coverage to assist clients in developing the best wealth management strategies, which involves effectively matching clients\' profiles with asset allocation recommendations.
    • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows.
    • Perform other functions as assigned by the Head of Sales/Head, Client Coverage.

    Skills Required.

    • Proven record of Sales performance
