RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals
• Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
• Represent Hotels in various events and exhibition
• Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
• Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients
• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• ·Must be a BSC holder in any relevant field.
• At least two years of experience in Spa & Wellness program development or related field.
• Proficient in micro soft office suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must possess all the qualities of a sales executive.

Job Description:

•  Plan or direct spa services and programs.
• Inform staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines.
• Train staff in the use or sale of products, programs, or activities.
• Overseeing spa supplies, products, and equipment, and ensuring an adequate inventory is maintained for smooth operations.
• Establish spa budgets and financial goals.
• Collaborating with therapists and staff to develop a diverse and appealing menu of services and treatments to meet the needs and preferences of clients.
• Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the spa facility, ensuring it is well-maintained and meets the highest standards.
• Developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives, such as increasing revenue, expanding the client base, or introducing new services.
• Keeping abreast of trends in the spa and wellness industry, including new treatments, products, and customer preferences.

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant course.
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in spa-related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Understanding of the spa/wellness/fitness industry

This includes overseeing tax compliance, developing and implementing tax strategies, and providing guidance on tax-related decisions to maximize financial efficiency while ensuring legal compliance. The Tax Manager plays a pivotal role in minimizing the organization's tax liability and ensuring accurate and timely tax reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance:

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other relevant taxes.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and adapt the organization's processes and strategies accordingly.
• Review and oversee the preparation of tax provisions and financial statements to comply with accounting standards.

Tax Planning:

• Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies to minimize the organization's tax liability.
• Guide structuring transactions, investments, and other financial decisions to optimize tax outcomes.
• Identify and pursue tax incentives, credits, and deductions available to the organization.

Risk Management:

• Assess and manage tax-related risks by conducting regular audits and reviews of financial data and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing rules and international tax regulations if applicable.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and lead a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and training as necessary.
• Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance to ensure efficient tax operations.

Communication and Reporting:

• Communicate tax strategies and findings to senior management, providing recommendations for decision-making.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on the organization's tax status and liabilities.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments, such as legal, finance, and operations, to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions.
• Work with external auditors, tax authorities, and consultants as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (a master's degree in taxation or a CPA designation is an advantage).
• Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role and proven experience in tax management, accounting, or a related role.
• In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in tax software and financial management systems.
• Leadership and team management experience.
