    Marketing Executive

    Job Summary

    • Our client, a rapidly growing real estate company in Lagos, is seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team.
    • This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.

    Key Responsibilites
    Marketing Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote properties, attract new clients, and increase brand awareness.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends within the real estate sector.
    • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and lead-generation targets.

    Brand Management:

    • Ensure consistency in the company’s branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
    • Manage and maintain the company’s online presence, including the website, social media, and other digital platforms.

    Digital Marketing:
