Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct detailed analysis of capital market trends, economic indicators, and financial data.
- Monitor performance of equities, fixed income securities, and other investment instruments.
- Analyze macroeconomic and industry developments that may impact investment decisions.
- Prepare market outlook reports and investment research briefs.
Investment Evaluation

Portfolio Monitoring & Performance Analysis

Financial Modelling & Valuation

- We are seeking an experienced Regional Branch Manager to oversee operations, staff, sales, and quality across 4 walk-in outlets. You will ensure smooth daily operations, consistent service delivery, and adherence to brand, hygiene, and food standards. The role includes managing inventory, driving sales performance, supervising branch teams, monitoring quality control, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. You will also coordinate with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operations to align branch operations with company goals.
Core Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across all 4 outlets to ensure smooth execution and operational consistency.
- Coordinate with the Head Office Operations team on production planning, raw material forecasting, inventory management, and logistics needs.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock usage, wastage, and reordering cycles.
- Approve and audit stock requisitions, transfers, and usage reports.
Team Supervision & People Management
- Supervise Branch Supervisors, Production Managers, and Kitchen Leads across all outlets.
- Drive staff discipline, punctuality, and high performance standards.
- Monitor staff performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend training or disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and training of outlet staff.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Track daily sales performance and customer footfall per outlet.
- Set and monitor sales targets for each location.
- Implement sales-boosting initiatives and localized promotional campaigns.
- Partner with the Business Development and Marketing teams to implement location-specific campaigns.
- Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns.
Financial Monitoring & Sales Reporting
- Report all sales data through the Finance team.
- Work with Finance to monitor profitability, cost trends, and performance variances per outlet.
- Ensure timely submission of cost templates, stock movement reports, and financial documentation.
Quality Control & Food Safety
The Regional Branch Manager is responsible for maintaining strict quality control across all outlets.
Food Preparation Standards
- Enforce standard operating procedures for food preparation, hygiene, and service quality.
- Ensure all food is prepared using approved recipes and standardized portion sizes.
- Inspect all ingredients before use to ensure freshness and quality.
- Monitor food temperature standards (Hot ≥ 65°C; Cold ≤ 5°C).
Food Sampling Protocol
- Enforce daily sampling for rice, proteins, sauces, and packaged meals.
- Maintain accurate Food Sampling Logbooks including date, time, comments, and supervisor signature.
- Ensure immediate corrective action for items that fail sampling standards.
Food Packaging Standards
- Ensure only approved branded packaging materials are used.
- Ensure packaging is properly sealed, clean, and leak-free.
- Verify that labels are clearly displayed with product names and timestamps.
Kitchen Hygiene & Compliance
- Enforce strict hygiene and sanitation practices across all outlets.
- Prevent cross-contamination through proper tool labeling and color-coding.
- Monitor waste disposal procedures and cleanliness of waste areas.
Quality Control Logs
Ensure each outlet maintains:

Review all logs weekly and escalate any quality concerns immediately.
Customer Experience Management
- Conduct regular unannounced store visits to evaluate service quality.
- Monitor customer interactions and service delivery standards.
- Ensure a consistent customer experience across all outlets.
Facility & Asset Management
- Conduct routine inspections of outlet facilities including kitchen equipment, electrical systems, air conditioning, plumbing, and furniture.
- Maintain an updated asset register for each outlet.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of all equipment to minimize downtime.
Compliance & Brand Standards
- Ensure all outlets comply with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain consistent brand presentation including uniforms, signage, music, and store aesthetics.
- Ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure outlets receive necessary support.
- Coordinate operational needs with procurement and supply chain teams.
- Support HR with recruitment and training initiatives.
- Align marketing campaigns with outlet operations to drive traffic and revenue.
Social Media & Brand Engagement
- Coordinate with the Social Media team to promote outlet activities, events, and campaigns.
- Facilitate on-ground support for content creation such as photos, videos, and customer engagement moments.
Reporting & Accountability
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Provide updates on sales performance, staff performance, operational issues, and improvement initiatives.
- Deliver structured updates to the Director and General Manager.
- Submit operational briefs and strategic updates including challenges, achievements, and action plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an operations, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage or retail.
- Strong team management, sales, and operational skills.
- Experience with inventory, logistics, and quality control processes.
- Ability to analyze performance data, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
