About Job: We are currently looking for talented and detail-oriented Credit Officers to join our growing credit team to assess credit applications, perform risk analysis, recommend credit decisions, monitor loan portfolios and ensure high-quality credit standards while supporting business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate credit applications (individuals, SMEs, corporates) and prepare detailed credit appraisal memos
• Perform financial statement analysis, cash flow projections, ratio analysis and repayment capacity assessment
• Conduct site visits / business inspections and prepare field visit reports
• Recommend appropriate credit limits, pricing, collateral requirements and loan covenants
• Present credit proposals to credit committees when required
• Monitor assigned credit portfolio – early warning detection, follow-up on past-due accounts
• Ensure strict compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines (CBN, NDIC etc.) and best practices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit files and documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while managing credit risk
• Contribute to continuous improvement of credit processes and risk management framework

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND is required.
• Hands-on credit / risk experience in a commercial bank, microfinance bank, fintech lending company or non-bank financial institution is desired but not compulsory
• Good understanding of collateral documentation and security perfection
• Good interpersonal skills

• Greet and engage customers in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide expert product recommendations based on customers’ skin type, tone, preferences and budget.
• Demonstrate makeup application, skincare routines and product benefits when requested.
• Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately (cash, POS, bank transfer, USSD, etc.).
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, shelf presentation and product facing.
• Restock shelves and assist with visual merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, exchanges and complaints professionally.
• Stay updated on new product arrivals, promotions, trends and brand launches.
• Participate in stock-taking and inventory management

Requirements & Qualities

• Previous retail or beauty sales experience is a strong advantage (but not compulsory).
• Genuine passion for skincare, beauty and self-care.
• Excellent communication skills and confident spoken English and Yoruba.
• Very good personal grooming and presentable appearance.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Smart, energetic, friendly and approachable personality.
• Good math skills (for handling cash and targets).
• Honest, reliable and trustworthy.
