Requirements

• Developing UI mockups and prototypes
• Conduct customer and user research and analysis
• Conduct competitor analysis to establish usability status.
• Tracking goals and Integration of designs
• Design product structure and strategy to be implemented
• Ensures the adaptation and interaction to all screen sizes.
• Crafting the UX proposed functionality to enable software developers bring product features and functionality to life
• Identifying opportunities to improve an existing products features or in the case of new products, uncovering the main features needed.
• Visualize, design and conceptualize user experiences.
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• HND/B.Sc in Computer science, Visual Art or relevant field.
• Two years proven experience in Web Design.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, XD, InVision, Typeform

Main Responsibilities

• Create clear content graphics in line with our brand guidelines, including banners, cover photos, GIFs, infographics, and iconography.
• Bring words to live using captivating graphics to grab attention. 
• Design and create landing pages for clarity and conversion
• Create graphical and text-based content
• Proactively recommend changes to improve conversion rate and customer experience
• Manages daily priorities and responsibilities to meet deadlines, company priorities and perform duties independently throughout the day
• Performing technical design work and being responsible for elements of products or campaigns including print, digital, video, and motion graphics
• Designing and developing concepts and designs for inspiring marketing materials.
• Utilizing graphic design principles and best practices.
• Determining the style, technique, and medium best suited to produce products that resonate with the intended audience.

Job Requirement

• BSc/BA degree in design, visual arts or a related field of study
• Comprehensive understanding of fundamental design principles
• Competency in essential software and related hardware. Specifically, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud – particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat. Additionally, experience with digital photography and videography, as well as post-production, is desired.
