Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with front and backend programming
• Developers are responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties. 
• Developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Developing front end website architecture.

Skill Set:

• Worked in Fintech / Payments / Banking / Financial Services domain
• Degree in computer science MCA/B-Tech (CS/IT) 
• Must have 3+ year experience on JS Framework. 
• Proficiency and Very Good Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge with server-side languages such as PHP, and NodeJS will be plus.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Providing backend tech level support for troubleshooting the technical issues encountered by customer and internal teams.
• Investigate the error with putting the logs in procedure
• Responsible for resolving bugs and providing hot fixes for any issues reported to technical team.
• Write SQL queries according to the user requirements.
• Apply appropriate troubleshooting methods and techniques in resolving problems and document all actions taken
• Collaborate with Production Support and Engineering to ensure that customer issues are addressed effectively and in a timely manner
• Manage software issues through tickets according to product development priorities
• Flexible hours to work with local and remote team members on feedback and requirements.
• Respond to production issues and apply continuous improvement techniques to fully resolve them
• Highly adaptable to a dynamic environment with a strong end-to-end ownership mentality of managing an issue from identification to resolution
• Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists
• Participating in the application lifecycle with particular focus on removing the bugs and improving the code.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven work experience as a backend tech level support engineer for troubleshooting the technical issues
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile applications and other Fintech products
• Experience with using UNIX, Linux Shell scripting, advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in SQL to extract and fetch data from database like Oracle , My SQL.
• Experience in monitoring AWS infra resources using cloud watch.
• Experience of working on Postman, Restful APIs, Webservices.
• In-depth understanding of web development, back-end development
• Firsthand experience in coding languages (e.g. PHP, Java, Ruby, and Python)
• Know-how of front-end languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, and CSS)
• Excellent management and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in user-centered design and visual design.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Understand non-functional requirements spanning across security, scalability, reliability, availability and provide the technical design. Implement the design
• Develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and Node.js under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support the integration of legacy Java systems with modern Node.js components.

Qualifications

• You have already been part of building platform capabilities & product features with a team of engineers in a platform organization, a start-up culture.

• Worked in Fintech / Payments / Banking / Financial Services domain
• Very strong & deep understanding in Software Design Patterns, OOPS Concepts, SDLC, Code Management & Branching Concepts
• Experience in writing very robust, secure, reusable & scalable code
• Practical experience withJava(Spring Framework, REST APIs).
• Experience withNode.jsand JavaScript/TypeScript (Express or NestJS preferred).
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures.
• Experience using databases like Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB
• Experience in using Git, Bit-Bucket for source code management
• Experience in building platform capabilities & applications using REST API’s, microservices / event-driven/serverless architectures

About The Role

• As a Senior Engineer/Lead, Platform Engineering, you will develop reusable common services and platform components using various technologies. 
• You will collaborate with technical architects, technical managers, product managers, agile coaches and other engineers across the company on high impact capabilities and product features.
• You will design, build and own the platform capabilities development.
