    Medical Sales Representative

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Marketing, or Business.Admin
    • Proven sales experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets within a designated territory by promoting products to healthcare professionals.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and key opinion leaders.
    • Provide in-depth product presentations, demonstrations, and training to clinicians regarding product features, benefits, and usage.
    • Monitor competitor activities, product launches, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
    • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues to ensure high satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales visits, client data, and market feedback in CRM systems
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Litigation Attorney

    Job Description

    • Overseeing all stages of litigation from case inception through discovery, trial, and potential appeals.
    • Preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.
    • Managing the exchange of information, including depositions, document production, and interrogatories.
    • Representing clients in hearings, trials, and administrative proceedings.
    • Advising clients on risks, negotiating settlements or attending mediations.
    • Analyzing case law and statutes to build strong legal arguments.
    • Degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active membership in the state bar association.
    • Typically 8–9years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
    • Strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills.
