• We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and computer-literate Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support.
• The ideal candidate will manage office communications, maintain records, assist with scheduling, and ensure smooth daily operations using efficient digital and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize office documents, files, and records (both physical and digital)
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries professionally
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
• Prepare, edit, and format documents such as letters, reports, and presentations
• Maintain and update company databases and spreadsheets.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND (additional certification is a plus)
• Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role (preferred)
• Must be comfortable working with computers, office software, and digital tools.

Skills:

• Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Workspace)
• Excellent typing and data entry skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• The ideal candidate will support pharmacy operations by maintaining inventory, managing prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications to patients accurately.
• Receive and verify prescription orders.
• Label and package medications for patients.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and restocking supplies and medications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prescription files.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification as a Pharmacy Technician from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the Pharmacy Council or relevant regulatory body.
